I have recorded a short relaxation session for you to download. For best effect, download to an iPod or mp3 player and listen through headphones while sitting or lying down alone in a quiet room. This will give you an idea what it is like to relax to the sound of my voice. Please note you are likely to experience a much deeper trance in a personal consultation with me.
My name is Gill Grubb, I have a Post Graduate Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling from Greenwich University and I am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (bacp). For your protection I abide by the bacp code of ethics. I have a Diploma in Hypnotherapy from the Proudfoot School of Clinical Hypnosis & Psychotherapy and I am a member of the UK Guild of Hypnotist Examiners (UKGHE).
I was in corporate retail management for 20 years, training and developing branch managers. At the change of the millennium I decided I wanted to help individuals to live better lives. I became a listening Samaritan volunteer and started full time study, training in both Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Clinical Hypnosis. Once I had established my Hypnotherapy practice, I went to Greenwich University to take a Counselling Diploma. I continue to update my knowledge and skills through continual professional development.
I have a Post-Graduate Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (bacp). I am also a fully trained and experienced hypnotherapist.
