I have recorded a short relaxation session for you to download. For best effect, download to an iPod or mp3 player and listen through headphones while sitting or lying down alone in a quiet room. This will give you an idea what it is like to relax to the sound of my voice. Please note you are likely to experience a much deeper trance in a personal consultation with me.

An impartial sounding board, unlike friends and relatives who may be involved or have their own problems and are therefore likely to judge you or give advice. I may open up options for you to consider, and suggest activities that may improve your understanding of your issue, but you will not be told how to conduct your life or your relationships.
You can tell me as much or as little as you want. Together we can improve issues such as stress in 5-10 sessions, or anxiety, and low self-esteem in 10-20 sessions. Exact timing cannot be given as we all have complex lives and minds. However I do offer fixed programmes for weightloss (see www.weightloss-bromley.co.uk) and stop smoking (see www.stopsmokingclinic.org.uk).

I flex my approach to your needs as the client. I can combine counselling with hypnotherapy. Many clients choose to start with some hypnotherapy, to relieve their acute symptoms and gradually move towards a greater content of counselling.
I have a Post-Graduate Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am a member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (bacp). I am also a fully trained and experienced hypnotherapist.
